I’ve been living in the DC area for hmmm…22 (almost 23) years now and there are some trademark places and must-do things I have yet to see/do.. Here is my list of things to do:

• Eat at Ben’s Chilli Bowl, even though I don’t like chili…well actually have never tried it
• Have Jumbo Slice
• Go out in Adams Morgan
• Kayaking in Georgetown

That’s all I can think of as of now, but the first two are pretty big ones. If you want to help me check these items of my “bucket list” holler. haha.

In lieu of my vegas trip tomorrow, I had my dad teach me the ins and outs of black jack. 5 minutes into the lecture, my head started spinning with all the different rules you’re supposed to follow (well the guidelines he follows when he plays).

This will the first time I’ve ever gambled, if you don’t count losing insane amounts of money on slot machines lol. Can’t wait to see how this goes. Apparently, experienced gamblers get quite pissed at newbs on their table. I mean, how hard can black jack be? You only have to make sure you don’t go over right?!

Lol. Will update on how this goes.
